Number Two: I won’t do YOUR WORK for you….

Because I care about you. Nothing will ever change unless you take responsibility and refuse to settle for how things are now. Until you change how you think and what you do, nothing will change.

Instead, I’ll challenge you to think creatively and discover your own motivation, then collaborate with you to develop a plan that plays to your strengths and preferences, adapts to your life, and makes everything better.

 

Number Three: I won’t give up on you….

Because I’m invested in you. I’m not just here for a paycheck, although I do like those too. I’m all in on you.

Instead, I’ll believe in you. No one can “motivate” anyone else. Motivation comes from within us. I’m here to remind you of what you can do, even when you don’t believe in yourself.

  • You don’t have to spend hours in the gym – With online training, the workout matters, not the schedule. You aren’t paying a trainer’s hourly rate for time, you’re paying for expertise to get you to your goals.

  • You get personalized guidance – eliminate the guesswork. You’re getting the same individualized attention you should be getting (but probably don’t) during a 1-on-1 in-person session. 1-on-1 workout design, goal setting, accountability, and coaching calls included.

  • You don’t have to commute to a gym – No more commutes across town to your trainer’s gym. You can use whatever gym you prefer, work out with friends, or work out at home without paying huge in-home training fees.

  • You’ll be held accountable – You’ll record your workouts for me to review. We’ll do regular check-ins every week and strategize to optimize your plan for your lifestyle, and I’m available by message anytime.

  • You’ll learn exactly what and how to eat – you’ll receive an individualized nutrition plan that will teach you step-by-step what you need to know about healthy eating that will accelerate your progress and maintain your results forever. No mandatory foods, no meal plans, enjoy you favorite restaurants and foods guilt-free.

  • You’ll get exercise technique help – Exercise demonstration videos (where I teach you good form for every exercise in your program) are included at no extra cost, and we can also set up video analysis of your form so you’re 100% confident you’re doing every exercise correctly.

  • It’s affordable – Here in Nashville, most 1-on-1 personal training runs between $80-150 per hour for some college kid to play on their phone while you work out. Not a great investment. You’ll pay a fraction of that for MORE support, accountability, and education.
