Tactical fitness training for police and first responders

Staying in shape to save someone’s life is serious business. I used to think that training for first responders was the same as training for anyone else.

It isn’t.

Whether you’re looking at joining the police department or are a seasoned veteran who’s job and family stress has made it nearly impossible to stay in shape, take your training seriously. It doesn’t take much to be in the best shape of your life and prepared for whatever the world throws at you. Don’t be the one to let your fellow officers down when it counts.

Online training and in-person training (in the Nashville/Hermitage/Mt. Juliet area) are available. Pricing ranges from $150-$398/month. Contact me to discuss what option will be best for you!

Give a civilized man time to gather all his machines around him, and undoubtedly he will easily overcome a savage man. But if you want to see an even more unequal fight, pit them against each other naked and disarmed, and you will soon realize the advantage of constantly having all of one’s forces at one’s disposal, of always being ready for any event, and of always carrying one’s entire self, as it were, with one.

Police Officer, Strength Coach

“As someone who has personally trained a clientele base consisting of everyday people all the way to professional athletes currently in the NFL, Mike is someone I would go to for advice and knowledge when my own didn’t suffice. As someone who’s been in the fitness industry, it is hard to let someone else train those you care about, but take it as a sign I would happily let Mike be in charge of my very own family’s well being”
